Hey everyone! I don't know about you, but where I am, it's a heatwave. It's so hot and sweaty right now - I'm about to go take a dip in the river (again). How about you guys?

A quick production update: We are still working with two factories to get the best pricing we can with the order and tooling being what they are as of the end of our Kickstarter campaign. But as we've done 100% of the pre-production already, once we have it locked down with the right factory partner, things should move quickly. 

A quick product update: Matt and Chad put together two fun accessory packs to augment your Hidden Force collection: The Leading Edge pack and The Dominant Force pack. 

Both of those will be available soon on Backerkit and www.whiskeyjacktoys.com

A quick platform update: Backerkit has been difficult to get up and running for the usual reasons, but we're almost there. The www.whiskeyjacktoys.com website will be up and running for pre-orders in a week as well.  Just remember, any pledges or pre-purchases through either platform for the next few months will count towards those unlocks, and getting those three (3) free (!!!) figures out to everyone - so tell your firends and get the word out - we want to give you those free figures!

  What a whirlwind week we've had. Flying to Augusta for JoeFest, doing as much as we could there to create awareness of what we are doing with Legends of the Hidden Force. Cheerleading, promoting, hob-knobbing, and so on. Then we concluded our successful Kickstarter that Sunday, and had to make our journeys home. Now that I've caught up with all of the work I missed by being in Augusta for 4 days, we can get down to business. 

  We generated enough funds to get the molds made - that was the key here. We are able to get to work on the molds, as well as the first four figures. 

  We are going to continue to fundraise during this period, and open our site to pre-orders next week. All of these funds raised and new backers count towards unlocking the stretch goals we outlined in the Kickstarter campaign.  We really hope to get all three freebies unlocked.

What’s next for the all-in backers?

We want to say a huge thank you to the all-in backers! As of now we have four of 12 figures unlocked. What does the mean for you?

We will continue to unlock the remaining figures over the coming months. Preorders, retailer orders, and more are all coming, and those dollars earned will count towards unlocks and exclusives.

Right now we're about to enter the tooling and molding phase. We have full confidence that when it comes time to enter the production phase, we will have unlocked all 12 figures prior to fulfillment.

Final Hours!

As we are headed into our final day and hours (6 hours left as i’m typing this), we have reached our initial funding goal!

Anything can happen in the final hours, so we are still holding our breath. We do have two unlockables well within reach.

Badger unlocks at $43,000 and Master Ayakashi, our Kickstarter exclusive, unlocks at 300 backers!

Second Incentive Figure!

Woot! 10% closer to funding and 16 new backers! Thank you!

As we head into the last week of our Kickstarter, we thought we would shed some light on our incentive figures! Reikon unlocks at $125,000. He's $25 once unlocked, but you can get him for FREE by going 'all-in'! Better yet, he's the second of 3 possible FREE figures (see yesterday's post) for All-ins  - the last will he highlighted tomorrow.

We understand that $125,000 seems insurmountably far away, but as stated before, any further backing during the backer kit applies. As we continue to generate funding in the months After the Kickstarter, those funds will count towards our end goal and these rewards. So despite the likelihood we won't reach this amount in the Kickstarter phase, we are confident we will be able to raise the remaining funds in the subsequent months - a.k.a. the backer kit phase.
